Everytime I switch to Animal Planet, my mum will always say, lions are terrible… and she wonders why the animals don’t fight back, since they usually outnumber the predators. Well, now I have something new to show her.

Cable Ski!:)

 

Finally summon enough courage to try it out today, and man, it didn’t disappoint:) Been watching from the sidelines for sometime, but everytime I thought, nah… it looks really tough. After working really really hard over the past 2 weeks, I decided it’s about time to unwind. So I headed there alone and hesitated for a good 15mins before thinking… ah well, what’s the worst that can happen. Fall down and get up again!

 

Well, that’s exactly what happened. Took me 4 tries to get up. Was pretty fun, although the water was erm… rather choppy. Speed was much faster than what I usually get behind the boat too. Had an hour of workout before calling it a day. Alrite, next up… I want to go behind the boat again. Let’s see…

Jonaven and Yingying

 

Felt like another reunion dinner for me again. I shot Jonaven and Yingying’s solemnization last year and now we are at it again, this time for their traditional wedding day + banquet. And after one long year, I finally got to listen to the wonderful voices of a a little dream (Hsin Yeow, Bevelyn, Ein Ein and Jonathan). Also another pal, Yang from Substance Films whom I last saw in December. Jonaven is particularly fun… especially after some brandy… loosen up baby!:)

 

Oh oh… and the grapes at Swissotel were the best I’ve ever had.

Yoke Peng and Vincent

 

So, 29th Sept 2007 marks a few firsts for me. My first time shooting from the groom’s place in the morning. First time traveling to Johor Baru in a wedding car to pick up the bride. And my first time shooting in Grand Hyatt. The dinner banquet was really fun, with a team from a little dream performing live. And and! I met an old friend, Alex from Captured Moments. It’s been a long long time since we last met, man… time really flies. Ok, I know I’m bad at writing, I’ll let the photos do the talking… we’ve got a 100 here:)
