lovers survive cliff plunge:
Two lovers ended up in hospital in Taiwan after their car plunged more than 45 metres down a cliff face as they made love in the back seat, Ananova.com reported.
Ms Lin Gu, 25, and lover Lee Shin, 29, suffered broken bones and bruises after their car toppled over the edge of a hill in the city of Xindian.
“They had parked up close to the edge of the mountain and had left the handbrake off,” a police spokesman was quoted as saying. “When they started having sex, the rocking motion started the car moving and it
rolled off the hill.”
Mr Chen Cheng-gang, a local who had come to their aid, said the woman pleaded with him not to reveal how the accident happened as her husband “would definitely sue for divorce”.

I wonder who parked the car:P
Which reminds me… National Day is coming soon. Which also means… damn reservist is approaching.
After one of the many falls at cableski (Batam) yesterday, I saw something horrifying heading my way. A stray handle. It was a little too close and I know I won’t be able to avoid it. So, I ducked underwater, hoping it will pass. 2 secs later, I emerged… and scored a direct hit. Damn it. I felt stupid…
If that thing goes around the cable park at 30km/hr, that means I just got hit by a wooden rod, 1foot in size at that speed. And it hurts! Now there’s a little bump on my right forehead. *kok tau*
Alritie, mum just called, told me that uncle brought some durians from Malaysia yesterday. Sorry folks, I’m having my durian feast a little earlier. But rest assured, the durian parties will GO ON!:) I’m just “testing the goods”.
Been having difficulty getting to sleep lately. So I’ve been watching youtube movies till I fall asleep. Last night, I decided on MadTV. Damn, these are really funny…
I don’t usually remember dreams. But the one I had last night was so vivid it’s still swirling in my head now. I saw huge baskets FULL of DURIANS at my place!!! I’m sure… it’s a SIGN:P
I’m suffering from a little hangover from last night’s drinking (I didn’t drink much, but I think my ageing body is not taking alcohol very well) with my old pals. Did a little work, replied some emails and spend the rest of the day trying to get rid of the persistent headache. Then I decided, I should watch a movie alone. Red Cliff.
With a star studded cast (Takeshi Kaneshiro, Tony Leung, Lin Chi Ling, etc), it already made my S$7.50 very worth it. I can’t help but imagine the phonebooks that Tony Leung must be standing on when playing alongside with Chi Ling. Although I think she’s pretty, but Takeshi is the one that stole the limelight. The scriptwriters definitely make him look damn cool with all those witty lines.
Overall, it’s a nice movie, but I was expecting something better. Felt like LOTR part 1. I hope the sequel will be much better. Hopefully, better fighting scenes. Somehow, I think I’d love a Lee Ang version more. Let’s see how the sequel perform:)
And the next movies in my list. The Mummy and Money not enough 2. The trailers, as usual, look really promising. Let’s see if they live up to expectations.
Sometimes, a delay can be a good thing. The service supposed to start at 6pm, but was delayed because some of the guests couldn’t find the location. And the service supposed to be really short (like 10mins?), but the pastor got carried away and it took a “little” longer than usual. And because of all these “delays”, the Black Knights did a fly past during the exchange of rings. Just when everyone thought that’s as good it’s gonna get, they decided to do a heart shaped formation right after the wedding kiss. *sweet*
Sometimes, a little delay can be a good thing. Although my heartbeat was increasing with every stop of diminishing light.
