Thanks for the clarification. When I spoke to them, that’s what they said too, that’s why I didn’t pursue the matter any further. I just told them it may mislead customers because they may just assume and not ask.

Oh dear, is it a misunderstanding?

I know the bridal shop you’re talking about! It’s the bridal shop that I signed up with! If it makes you feel any better, I had a different response from the designer who is working on my gown. When I asked about the photo, she said that it was taken by someone else and it was passed to them by the couple (I’m sure out of good intentions really).

Not sure if the photo was actually framed up when you were there. When I last saw it, it was in a corner at a counter with a plastic wrap.

I totally support you… It was really misleading since one would tend to assume that all photos found in the bridal studio to be taken by their in-house photographers. Hmmm, one of the perils of being an award winning photographer! ;p
