Like many photographers, I’m a geek. Technical down to the details. But when it comes to natural light, it’s mostly luck.

The sun happened to be at the right position at the right time to get a shot where the shadow of the trees form a vanishing point right in the middle. In my head, I was going like “wow! great light”, but another part of me had to manage the kids and get everyone in position, getting them ready for an ‘adventure’. You know kids at a shoot love adventures like how adults love it to end without breaking a sweat. I have to say it turned out well and I didn’t feel like I lied (the kind of things you have to say to get cooperation)… a 2 min run in the small maze is still an adventure in my opinion:)
